Here are a few websites that aim to help people with various illnesses enjoy the holiday season while minimizing physical discomfort and social awkwardness. Sadly, my own holiday guide does not exist yet, but I plan to write one or make more videos in the future. Holidays can be tough if you’re not feeling well or if your illness is holding you back. When I say tough, I mean panic-inducing madness. This is an important topic for me, because I want you all to enjoy life despite your health issues, and I know how much it hurts to feel like you’re missing out.

In case you missed it, I made a video about holiday food.
Thanks for sharing. I like the 10 holiday tips. A simple reminder to take easy with some time off and not to go crazy with food and drink…although I really want to!!
I’m glad you found something helpful. I think we ALL are tempted to over-indulge in questionable things around the holidays!
Alyssa I totally told you I was going to write one and it just never happened. I’m so sorry. I extended my east coast trip and was soaking up every single moment, and then I had the flu and was down for the count.
I heart you and hope you’re doing as best as possible.
Love you!
